Presenting The Email Standards Project
Almost all web developers know that’s very difficult to work with E-mail Marketing for one simple reason: there’s no standards for the mailers. A HTML e-mail is totally different on Outlook than it is on Gmail, for example.
But there are good news. A group of developers created The Email Standards Project, a project designed to improve web standards support and accessibility in email. The goal is to help designers understand why web standards are so important for email, while working with email client developers to ensure that emails render consistently.
