Internet connecting people, not computers

Wenetus are deeply plugged into internet’s social networks, but, unlike other companies, we don’t think that exists a real life and a digital life. For us, there’s just one life.

In Wenetus’ opinion, the internet is not an interconnection of computer networks. For us, this is an inteconnection of people. We don’t define internet as a virtual world because whe think this is a myth.

When you create a profile at Facebook, or when you create an avatar at Second Life, you’re not being another person. You complete the profile, you add friends, you manipulate the avatar. That’s just you.

Ok, you will tell that this could be just a character. But this character is part of its creator. Doesn´t matter what material made this characters, because in the end everything is atoms, is energy.

For us, internet is about people and our projects are developed using the user centered design philosophy. We are more intersted in usability, psicology and sociology than in bits and bytes. That’s our point of view.
