Reducing delays in delivery of web projects

Although often it really happens, a good project manager is the one that minimizes the loss, finding the best cost benefit.

One of the great advantages of the Internet is that a product can be launched today and changed every day, improving gradually. This is not possible with physical objects, such as a chair, for example. If you buy a chair and tomorrow the manufacturer makes an improvement on it, you will have access to this improvement just if you buy a new one.
