Reducing delays in delivery of web projects
There is a joke in the project management’s world which says that the only two certainties that exist at the beginning of a project is that the scope will change and that the deadline will be late. Although often it really happens, a good project manager is the one that minimizes the loss, finding the best cost benefit.
One of the great advantages of the Internet is that a product can be launched today and changed every day, improving gradually. This is not possible with physical objects, such as a chair, for example. If you buy a chair and tomorrow the manufacturer makes an improvement on it, you will have access to this improvement just if you buy a new one.
Recently we have done here in Wenetus a project for an advertising action in record time. From the client’s okay to the delivery of the product not happened more than a week. And they were two different systems.
We reduce the delivery time looking for those who had expertise in the codes of the system that would be developed and and taking advantage of previous projects, reusing codes. The rapid response satisfied both the client and our team.
