Each type of service offered by Wenetus has a specific work methodology, however everyone always follows four major stages: Diagnosis, Prognosis, Prodution and Proactive Monitoring.
Firstly we diagnose which problem the client wants to solve. From an analysis of key elements, we identify the solutions and propose which way and how long we can execute the service.
Next, we put all the necessary elements together to plan the future development and the result of the process, always applying strategic knowledge and appropriate technology to accomplish the diagnosed objectives.
Once we know what the problem to be solved is and having all the gathered material in hands, we initiate the Production stage which, with all the necessary expenses already checked, becomes faster and, therefore, less expensive. No waste of work, no waste of energy.
The work of Wenetus does not finish when the project is delivered. We execute the Proactive Monitoring, from a rigorous control of measures, to diagnose possible improvements that will raise even more the satisfaction of the target public of our clients.
